David Kowalski founded FINISH HVAC, INC. in 2010 after years of working for large HVAC contractors, but his personal experience with an emergency breakdown during a harsh winter inspired him to build a business that would be there when it mattered most. He realized many residents and small businesses had no choice but to wait until the next day for help—even if their system was failing at 9 PM on a Sunday. To address this gap, he made a deliberate decision to offer emergency support starting at 6 PM Monday through Friday and all weekend hours, so customers never have to go without heat or cool air during off-hours.
